Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold.
Delivery times
- United States: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and start after dispatch, not at checkout. Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak seasons can extend them.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3-5 business days to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
Multiple items
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, at different times, at no extra cost to you.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it for free once you confirm the correct address.
Lost packages
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email support@noirellecase.com. We investigate with the carrier and replace or refund any package confirmed as lost.
