30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@noirellecase.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not ship anything back before receiving those instructions, otherwise we cannot match the return to your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. We refund the full product price.

Return shipping costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping, or we simply send a replacement, whichever you prefer. If you changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you do not need to ship anything back.

1-year warranty

Every Noirelle case is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects: cracking, magnet failure, or coating peeling under normal use. Send us a photo and we replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or damage caused by misuse.

Not eligible for return

Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order at no cost within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
